In the event, we have to postpone any trips we are able to offer you the following options…

ACCESS TO THE TREND HOUSE

To be able to attend a TREND45 event. All guests, members, and artists will have to provide proof of a vaccination card or a negative PCR COVID-19 test at a maximum of 72 hours before the event.

FLYING HOME

In most countries. It is required to take a Negative PCR test before returning to their home country. TREND45 and all its guests will follow these specific terms and conditions. If required, COVID-19 testing will be needed and charged to guests. Please check your country and airlines requirements or ask a sales representative for more information.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is very important and highly recommended to purchase the appropriate travel insurance. As any guest applies and is accepted that guest will receive the recommended travel insurance per trip. Travel insurance can cover COVID-19 tests, hospitalization or, room and board if guest tests positive for COVID-19.

I GOT COVID AT TREND45

In the chance of any guest, artist or team member contracts COVID-19 during the duration of a TREND45 trip. That person will be separated from the others into a quarantine location during the duration of the event. If said guest needs to quarantine past the dates of the event. TREND45 will work directly with the family and guest for appropriate responses.
